Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated IT Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships within the IT services and technology sector. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Research potential clients and markets to expand the company’s reach
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other sales channels
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT business development or IT sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
CTC- Upto 5 lakhs per annum.
