Job Summary
We are hiring a result-driven IT Business Development Executive responsible for generating direct clients, vendors, and sub-vendor partnerships for IT staffing, outsourcing, and software development services.
The role focuses on lead generation, partnership development, and sales pipeline creation through digital outreach and networking platforms.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have experience in IT staffing sales, outsourcing partnerships, or B2B lead generation and want to grow through a performance-based commission model with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for IT staffing, outsourcing, and software development services
- Identify and connect with direct clients, staffing vendors, and sub-vendors
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and cold outreach
- Schedule client meetings, requirement discussions, and support sales closure
- Build relationships with global outsourcing companies and consulting firms
Client & Vendor Partnerships
- Identify and onboard IT staffing vendors and sub-vendors
- Develop partnerships with IT consulting firms and outsourcing companies
- Coordinate with vendors to fulfill client resource requirements
- Maintain long-term client and vendor engagement relationships
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Maintain sales pipeline and lead tracking records
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for resource availability
- Assist in proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and deal negotiations
- Support closing of staffing and development contracts
Market Research
- Identify target industries and companies requiring IT staffing or offshore teams
- Research new outsourcing opportunities and vendor networks
- Analyze competitors and identify new sales channels
Required Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in IT sales, IT staffing, outsourcing, or B2B lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of IT staffing models and outsourcing services
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Apollo, email outreach tools
- Self-motivated with a target-driven sales mindset
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC clients
- Knowledge of offshore development teams and contract staffing
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce
Education
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- MBA or Sales Certification is an added advantage
Compensation (Commission-Based Only)
This is a 100% Commission-Based Role (No Fixed Salary).
The commission will be calculated on the profit margin generated from deals closed through direct clients, vendors, or sub-vendor partnerships brought by the Business Development Executive.
Commission Structure
- 10% β 20% commission on the profit margin of each deal closed

- IT Staffing / Contract Hiring
- Resource Augmentation
- Offshore Development Teams
- Software Development Projects
Commission applies to deals generated through:
- Direct Client Acquisition
- Vendor Partnerships
- Sub-Vendor Staffing Engagements
Recurring Commission Opportunity
For long-term staffing contracts or monthly billing resources, additional recurring commission may be applicable:
- 5% β 10% commission on monthly profit margin generated from the client billing.
