Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst cum IT Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage international clients, gather business requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, client-handling experience, strong documentation abilities, and hands-on experience managing software/web/mobile development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Gather and analyze client/business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and project documentation.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Suggest process improvements and business solutions.
Project Coordination
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
- Conduct daily/weekly project meetings and follow-ups.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Identify risks/issues and coordinate resolution.
International Client Handling
- Handle communication with international clients professionally.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and project updates.
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and change requests.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and delivery satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling international clients/projects.
- Understanding of web/mobile application development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA (IT) or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis & Project Coordination.
- Experience in IT Services/Software Development company preferred.
