🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Write compelling and customized proposals to win projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve targets
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in IT bidding
- Proven experience on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. (must-have)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of web & mobile development technologies
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
