Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Dehradun. The IT BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client accounts, and driving business growth. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for business development, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Development activities
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and client needs
- Exceptional Communication skills to establish and nurture client relationships
- Experience with Account Management and the capability to manage multiple clients effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Work experience in similar roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
