Role Description
The IT Associate will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT operations, monitoring system performance, implementing cloud computing solutions, and ensuring seamless IT communication across teams. Additionally, the role will require the individual to provide technical assistance and training to employees when needed, ensuring adherence to industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and familiarity with IT systems management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for technical support and team collaboration
- Experience with Windows operating systems and related tools
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing solutions and ability to implement cloud-based technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly to new technologies, and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be an advantage
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards is a bonus
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical development organization is a plus
