Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Assistant Manager at our facility in Sikandarabad. The IT Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, providing technical support, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring network and data security. This role involves supervising IT staff, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with vendors, and implementing IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, network administration, and system management
- Experience with hardware and software maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and supervise IT staff
- Knowledge of mobile manufacturing industry IT requirements is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are advantageous
