Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Asset Management professional located in Gurugram. The role includes managing IT hardware and software assets, maintaining accurate inventories, overseeing procurement and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The individual will also analyze asset utilization, optimize investments, and support the lifecycle management of IT assets, including deployment, upgrades, and disposal. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in IT asset management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Asset Management, including inventory management, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in Procurement and Vendor Management related to IT equipment and software.
- Knowledge of Asset Lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for tracking asset utilization and optimizing costs.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, licensing, and software asset management protocols.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and systems used for asset tracking and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry would be a plus.
