IT Asset Executive

Asset Management: Managed physical stock of laptops, desktops, MAC devices, and accessories
, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
 Inventory Management: Utilized software tools for tracking and maintaining inventory, providing
real-time data on asset status and location.
 Physical Asset Verification: Conducted quarterly physical asset verification, reconciling
discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
 IT Asset Tagging & FAR Coordination: Oversaw IT asset tagging and collaborated with the Finance
team to maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
 Audit Support: Worked closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with asset
management policies and standards.
 Procurement & Logistics Coordination: Collaborated with the IT Procurement team for timely
laptop delivery, out-of-warranty (OOW) laptop repairs, and scrap handovers.
 NOC Clearance: Handled IT NOC (No Objection Certificate) clearance processes to ensure smooth
asset transfers and disposals.
