Asset Management: Managed physical stock of laptops, desktops, MAC devices, and accessories

real-time data on asset status and location.
Physical Asset Verification: Conducted quarterly physical asset verification, reconciling
discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
IT Asset Tagging & FAR Coordination: Oversaw IT asset tagging and collaborated with the Finance
team to maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
Audit Support: Worked closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with asset
management policies and standards.
Procurement & Logistics Coordination: Collaborated with the IT Procurement team for timely
laptop delivery, out-of-warranty (OOW) laptop repairs, and scrap handovers.
NOC Clearance: Handled IT NOC (No Objection Certificate) clearance processes to ensure smooth
asset transfers and disposals.
