🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Application Support (Entry Level)
We’re looking for an IT Application Support professional to help manage and support our day-to-day application operations. If you enjoy solving technical issues, working with data, and ensuring systems run without disruption, this role is for you.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide first-level support for application issues and user requests
- Troubleshoot errors and assist in resolving performance concerns
- Log and track incidents using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow
- Support root cause analysis and follow up on fixes
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Maintain documentation and support materials
🧠 Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of C# (.NET)
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
- Good understanding of Excel (formulas, reporting, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
📌 Who Should Apply
- Candidates with ~1 year of relevant experience
- This role is not intended for freshers or highly experienced candidates
⭐ Nice to Have
- Exposure to Python / PowerShell
- Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with Agile or ticketing workflows
