Key Responsibilities (Revised for Fresher / 1–2 Years Experience)
Application Support & Coordination
- Support the Agri Application and AXpert ERP in daily operations.
- Collect requirements and issues from users and report to IT / development team.
- Assist in documenting business processes and system workflows.
- Help in preparing functional notes and user requirements.
System Testing & Implementation Support
- Participate in system testing and verify application functionality.
- Support new feature testing in staging / test environment.
- Assist in implementation of new modules and updates.
- Report bugs and follow up for resolution.
User Support & Training
- Provide first-level support to users for Agri App and ERP issues.
- Help users understand system usage and new features.
- Assist in conducting user training sessions.
- Maintain user guides and basic documentation.
Data & Process Support
- Help in maintaining system data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports from ERP / Application.
- Support process improvements and digitalization activities.
- Follow standard procedures for system usage.
Coordination with IT & Business Teams
- Coordinate between users, IT team, and developers.
- Track issues and update status regularly.
- Participate in meetings related to system improvements.
- Support IT team in digital transformation activities.
