About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated IT Analyst – SAP Integration & Service Specialist to join our team in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP integration solutions that meet business needs, ensure reliable data flow, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP middleware technologies, particularly SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support integration solutions and processes to meet business and technical requirements.
- Work with business analysts and senior developers to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes and interfaces.
- Document integration solutions, technical specifications, and configuration artifacts in line with enterprise standards.
- Understand and align with the broader IT vision, ensuring integration solutions fit within enterprise architecture strategies.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to simplify and automate integration processes.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service commitments are met, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
- Support project shaping, workload planning, and implementation of integration services.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred OR minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP integration support or development.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
Required Technical Skills- SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PI/PO) – hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration interfaces.
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Foundry – experience with integration deployment, configuration, or support.
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) – expertise in building and maintaining integration flows and managing API-based integrations.
