JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW
The IT Analyst serves as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions, analyzing requirements, designing processes, and supporting system implementations. This role involves problem-solving, data analysis, and ensuring that IT systems effectively support organizational objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into
functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process
improvement and system optimization.
- Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new IT systems and
enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users,
maintaining system integrity and user satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an IT Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Preferred
- Experience with specific business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL)
