Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an IT Analyst 3 - SAP Finance & Controlling. The IT Analyst will be responsible for supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration and customization to meet the evolving business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing system processes, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. The role also involves conducting requirement gathering, performing system upgrades or patches, and providing end-user support and training to ensure optimal use of SAP applications within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration and customization
- Strong ability to analyze, design, and implement solutions aligned with business requirements
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and performing upgrades/patches
- Knowledge of financial processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, and general ledger
- Ability to train end-users and provide ongoing support and documentation
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in SQL, business process modeling, and SAP reporting tools preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in SAP Financials or Controlling modules are a plus
