Profile: IT Administrator
Experience: 0-1 Year
Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related field
Preferred Certification: Jetking Certification
Key Responsibility
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and user systems
- Manage user accounts, system access, passwords, and email configurations
- Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and perform basic network troubleshooting
- Ensure regular system updates, antivirus management, backups, and overall IT system functionality
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and related documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for IT assets, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Support employees with day-to-day IT queries and technical assistance
- Assist in maintaining network security and overall IT infrastructure
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of technical support, troubleshooting, networking, and system administration
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, printers, routers, switches, and firewall basics
- Understanding of hardware maintenance, IT infrastructure, and support processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and provide timely issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as Jetking, Hardware & Networking, or similar certifications will be an added advantage
Preferred
- Jetking Certification
- Knowledge of cloud tools, remote support, and IT security basics will be an added advantage
