Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team in Ahmedabad for a full-time on-site role. The IT Administrator will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, manage network infrastructure, oversee routine system maintenance, and troubleshoot any technical issues. The individual will also configure and monitor hardware and software, ensure data security, and collaborate with other teams to address their IT-related needs. Additional responsibilities include managing backups, updating security protocols, assessing system performance, and documenting solutions for recurring challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and system issues
- Experience with data backup solutions, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and IT infrastructure monitoring tools
- Ability to implement and manage security measures to protect networks and systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are preferred
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with system performance tuning and proactive diagnostic skills is an advantage
