Role Overview
Serve as the organisation-wide single point of contact and primary owner for day-to-day IT operations and L1/L2 support across multiple offices and a predominantly remote/WFH workforce. The role covers Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Windows 10/11 endpoints, Linux workloads on Azure, networking, security, assets, vendors and business applications, requiring hands-on troubleshooting, disciplined documentation and end-to-end issue ownership.
Experience & Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, Linux/Azure infrastructure or IT operations experience
preferred.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience independently supporting a multi-office, predominantly remote/WFH workforce and working to defined SLAs;
relevant Microsoft, Azure or ITSM certifications are advantageous.
