IT Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Atlassian migrations (Server to Cloud / Cloud to Cloud)
- Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and automation
- Administer Jira, Confluence, and integrations
- Manage user access and system security
- Provide remote IT support and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain cloud/on-prem systems and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in Jira & Confluence administration
- Hands-on Atlassian migration experience
- Knowledge of cloud tools (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Okta, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Atlassian / Cloud / ITIL / Security certifications
