Headquartered in New Jersey with offices globally, Small Joys serves a diverse range of clients across the United States. Our backend teams work collaboratively across the globe, and this role is based in our Hyderabad office.
Working hours are 10 am to 4:30 pm IST with some support required in the EST shift.
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our growing team and help ensure our systems, devices, and employees stay connected and supported every day.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Fluency in English to effectively support and communicate with global teams.
- Experience: 0–1 year in an IT support, IT administration, or helpdesk role (internships count).
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as WiFi, LAN, and VPN setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills with patience and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills while working with non-technical teammates.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple technical requests efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Good to Have
- Exposure to MDM tools or Google Workspace Admin.
- Any IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or similar.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hires.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues including peripherals, connectivity, and device failures.
- Install, update, and maintain software and operating systems across devices.
- Support employees with day-to-day technical issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets and track device assignments.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and device servicing.
- Assist with basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ensure systems and devices are maintained securely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
