Requirements
Must Have (Non-negotiable)
- 3–8 years of experience in IT Administration / IT Support
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Experience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management (Google Workspace, Okta, Active Directory, etc.)
- Experience in device management and asset tracking
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices (endpoint security, access control, data protection)
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and incident management
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience setting up and managing office IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and integrations
- Experience in fintech or regulated environments
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
- Experience automating IT processes and workflows
