About the Role
IT Administrators with networking and hardware administration experience along with cloud platform setup. The role is about independently managing the corporate setup for IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with various stakeholders both internal and external for infra procurement, allocation/ deallocation, configuration and maintenance.
- Take responsibility for hardware, software licenses, identity and access management of systems to meet cost optimization goals.
- Define standard process for IT Admin functions and implement the same in compliance with applicable standards like SOC and ISO270001.
- Administration of Azure cloud services including billing and org structure setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement the business requirements in a timely manner
- System user administration
- Monitor security and system logs for incidents, breaches and outages. Take preventive actions for all.
- Use various tools to implement cybersecurity checks including preventive as well as defensive and recovery actions.
- Disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Face process audits
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Candidate should be open to work in any shift.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in laptop/ desktop/ Mac physical and VM provisioning
- Strong proficiency in mobile devices iOS/ Android provisioning
- Strong proficiency in network (LAN/ WAN/ DNS/ DHCP/ AD), VPN and firewall, routers, switches, CISCO CCNA provisioning
- MDM Intune Management
- Strong proficiency in servers provisioning, maintenance, backups etc.
- Familiar with other infra and endpoint security function and policy setup, patching in cloud and on premises platforms like access control, digital surveillance
- Azure infrastructure provisioning and access control
- Ability to work with third party vendors for price negotiation, service setup etc.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding and past implementation experience of regulations and compliance standards like SOC and ISO270001
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- CISA/ Azure/ MCSA certified or equivalent experience
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred)
- User-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent.
