Warehouse Technician (Forklift Operator)

Job Description: Job Summary:

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for preparing and delivering the required parts to assembly line as per parts check list/ packing list in accordance with daily production schedule and cycle time in a safe and efficient manner.

Education Requirements:

Technical/ vocational training/ diploma course or equivalent

Work Experience Requirements:

0-2 years

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand packing lists
• Ability to read and understand equipment check sheets
• A sound technical mindset
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility/ adaptability at work

Physical Requirements:

• Should be able to lift weights up to 20 kg
• Should be able to use hands and fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects
• Should be able to work in bend/ standing position for prolonged time

Roles, responsibilities, and authorities:

• Prepares and delivers parts in allotted stages in the Warehouse area.
• Unpacks and sorts cases of parts.
• Arranges parts according to the kitting list.
• Delivers parts to the assembly line.
• Performs 3S before and after operations.
• Devans cases.
• Operates forklift.
• Operates hoist.
• Drives Tow Truck.
• Fills out check sheets.
