Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment. Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills. Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Service. Beginner proficiency in Problem Solving.
