ISRO Releases Notification for 320 Scientist/Engineer Vacancies Total Number of Vacancies: 320 Post Code - Discipline - Vacancies: BE001 - Electronics: 113 BE002 - Mechanical: 160 BE003 - Computer Science: 44 BE001/A - (Electronics) - PRL: 02 BE003/A - (Computer Science) - PRL: 01 Total Number of Vacancies: 320 Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a BE or B.Tech degree (or equivalent) in one of these fields: Electronics & Communication Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science Engineering They must have scored at least 65% marks or a CGPA of 6.84 out of 10 in their degree. Note: Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2024-25 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by 31.08.2025 and their aggregate is 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available) Age Limit: 28 years as on 16.06.2025. Serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen; Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders. Allowances: Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer 'SC' in Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of ₹56,100/- p.m. In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme/Unified Pension Scheme. Further, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, etc. are admissible as per Central Government orders. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay ₹750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The processing fee will be refunded only to those candidates who appear in the written test as under: (i.) ₹750/- i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD, Ex-Servicemen).
