Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) based in Bengaluru. The ISR will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and building strong client relationships through calls and emails. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, following up on leads, and coordinating with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role will involve analyzing client needs, providing accurate product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively
- Experience or knowledge in lead generation, sales processes, and closing techniques
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivation with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in IT sales or familiarity with HP, AWS, or Microsoft products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred
