Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). The ISR will engage in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, identifying client needs, creating and presenting proposals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ISR will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support strategic business growth and maintain CRM records for pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and maintaining sales pipelines
- Knowledge of IT products and solutions, including cloud, networking, data center, and security-related technologies
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management platforms is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets is a plus

• Assisting with sales team: The sales coordinator may help the sales team to identify
potential clients, develop sales strategies, and create presentations or proposals.
• Processing orders: Once a sale has been made, the sales coordinator will be
responsible for processing the order, which may involve checking stock levels, sending
invoices, and arranging for shipment.
• Managing customer inquiries: The sales coordinator will be the first point of contact
for customers who have questions or concerns about a product or service. They must be
able to answer these inquiries and provide solutions to customers' problems.
• Maintaining records: It is important for a sales coordinator to keep accurate records of
