About the role

You'll be the CEO's right hand — helping him move faster, scale harder, and stay laser-focused. This isn't an "assistant" gig. It's an ops brain and reality filter, clearing the noise, protecting his time, and amplifying his impact. What You'll Do: Own the CEO's calendar, priorities, and day-to-day focus Organize meetings, trips, tasks, and tame the chaos 😅 Prepare briefs, slides, summaries — anything needed for quick decisions Serve as gatekeeper between CEO and the outside world (emails, messages, filters) Coordinate with agencies, contractors, and the team — you're in the loop Ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and everything that matters gets done Occasionally handle personal tasks for the CEO — trust and access come with the job Do not hesitate to push the C-levels according to Company's goals/tasks Who You Are: You've been a top-level EA or supported a founder/CEO before (10+ years) You love bringing order to chaos and being 10 steps ahead You know the Pareto Principle (20% to 80%) and you use it in your work You're process-oriented, hyper-organized, and proactive You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Your English is excellent (written + spoken) You're fast, adaptive, and tech-savvy You LOVE AI and all modern tools which help optimize the processes You're obsessed with systems, speed, and startups — and want to be in the action
