Remote - Senior back-end developer

To keep up with our growth, we want to further expand and stabilize our platform. That's why we're looking for an experienced backend developer to help us! About ISO2HANDLE We are a young, energetic, and informal team of 14 people. With our platform, we help consultancy firms (our partners) digitize management systems such as ISO, VCA, GDPR, and NEN. This enables their clients to work more efficiently, faster, and more cost-effectively. With ISO2HANDLE, organizations gain better insight into their processes, allowing them to improve their services every day. We are passionate about what we do and strive to grow and innovate continuously. What makes us unique? Our platform is extremely flexible and suitable for virtually any standard or industry. This allows us to serve a wide range of customers and sectors. Moreover, the platform is fully white-label, so many labels in the market operate with ISO2HANDLE's power under the hood. Our development team is based in Apeldoorn in the Netherlands where we work with 7 developers. The organisation is growing however and so we are open to remote developers joining our team. The Role As a backend developer, you'll translate customer/partner needs into code, resulting in a stable and secure API. Our frontend, as well as applications from our partners and end customers, interact with this API. Therefore, the team bears a lot of responsibility in properly setting up and maintaining it. The API is written entirely in Go. We also use MongoDB, Keycloak, and (of course) everything runs on redundant infrastructure. Some examples of upcoming projects: migrating to a new infrastructure and restructuring our security protocol. You love challenging yourself and expanding your knowledge. You enjoy brainstorming with others and sharing your expertise to help strengthen our rapidly growing team. You'll get plenty of freedom to help shape the direction of our application and to grow our technical team in the coming years. Quality is key. Code reviews are an essential part of our development process, and we follow the Scrum methodology.
