About the Role The Quality Controller will oversee seafood processing operations, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards - Monitor production processes and take corrective actions as needed - Conduct regular audits and maintain quality documentation - Liaise with customers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on quality-related matters - Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality practices - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
