About the role
Job Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IT Service
Management (ITSM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT
processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and develop ITSM solutions using Jira and other tools, e.g., ServiceNow, BMC
Remedy, etc.
● Customize and configure ITSM applications to meet organizational needs.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
● Implement best practices for ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and
configuration management.
● Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
● Conduct testing and validation of ITSM solutions prior to deployment.
● Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ITSM tools and processes.
● Document development processes, system configurations, and user guides.
● Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance ITSM
capabilities.
