Associate Director of Programs

Isha Foundation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Programs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of Isha's programs, events, and initiatives across our various centers and locations. This includes strategic planning, program development, logistics, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans for Isha's programs, events, and initiatives - Manage a team of program managers and coordinators to ensure smooth execution of all programs - Liaise with different departments (logistics, marketing, finance, etc.) to coordinate program delivery - Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes - Represent Isha at external events and build relationships with key stakeholders - Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for programs - Ensure programs are aligned with Isha's vision and mission Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the non-profit/spiritual sector - Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience in budget planning and resource management - Passion for Isha's vision and commitment to personal growth and transformation
