About the role
As a Sourcing & Advisory Consultant - Intelligent Automation, you will be responsible for advising clients on innovative intelligent automation solutions, leveraging ISG's deep domain and market expertise. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and then design and implement customized automation strategies to drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:• Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and pain points• Conducting in-depth analysis of clients' current state, identifying opportunities for automation• Designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions using technologies like RPA, AI, and machine learning• Driving adoption and change management to ensure successful implementation and value realization• Continuously monitoring and optimizing the automation solutions to maximize benefits• Serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader, proactively identifying new opportunities to drive innovation and digital transformation
