Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an ISA (Team Lead). The ISA Team Lead will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Interns/Student Ambassadors, overseeing their tasks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, driving performance improvements, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring that program objectives are met. Additionally, the ISA Team Lead will foster collaboration within the team and support the management team in scaling recruitment and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and performance evaluation
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee multiple team deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional interactions
- Ability to develop and execute outreach strategies and initiatives
- Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in tools and technologies for managing teams and workflow; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Experience in the education or tech industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
