Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ISA (Team Lead) role based in Coimbatore. The ISA (Team Lead) will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of individuals to meet performance goals. The role includes ensuring team alignment with organizational goals, monitoring daily activities, coordinating training sessions, providing regular feedback, and solving operational challenges. The Team Lead will maintain a focus on student success and contribute to improving workflow processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Team Leadership and Mentoring skills to guide and support team members effectively
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to foster relationships with team members and students
- Planning, Coordination, and Performance Monitoring abilities to track and optimize team activities
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address challenges and implement improvements
- Attention to Detail and Time Management skills to ensure quality and efficiency in operations
- Experience in an educational or training environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant experience in a similar role
