Job Description
<p>DEFINITION Under general supervision of the Director of Risk Management & Insurance, facilitates and coordinates the implementation of the District’s Employee Well-Being Program. This position is funded by Blue Shield of California and administered through the District’s Benefits Management Board. </p>

Requirements / Qualifications
This position will begin on July 1, 2026.
This position is open to both Certificated and Classified In-District permanent employees. Substitutes are not eligible. The assignment is in addition to an employee's regular duties and the anticipated commitment is approximately 5 hours per week. Employees must have passed any probationary period in their current permanent position before being eligible to apply.
Salary Info
$40.00 per hour not to exceed $12,000 annually
