About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Service Manager to lead a large, dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality endpoint support services. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about team management, performance metrics, and service excellence. Location: Hybrid Onsite 3x/week in Orange, CA Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $55 60/hr W2 No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You ll Do: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a 30+ person Field Services team Oversee all endpoint support activities including laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals Implement and monitor performance metrics and service delivery standards Drive knowledge management and continuous improvement efforts Ensure timely resolution of issues through effective use of ServiceNow What Gets You the Job: 5+ years of leadership experience managing large technical support teams 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments Strong experience with ServiceNow and endpoint hardware/software operations Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service improvement practices Excellent communication, coaching, and troubleshooting skills
