About the role

We are hiring a full-time Sales Consultant to contribute to the growth of our marketing agency. As a B2B Sales Consultant, you will get to dissect the challenges B2B companies face, create multi-faceted solutions, and be a driving force behind our growth. Your approach will be consultative and engaging. You'll dive deep into needs assessments with potential clients, understanding their challenges, goals, and pain points. We are in the business of helping clients, and you'll be a part of that. You'll review the needs of the client and determine if Ironpaper is the best solution and if not, bow out of the sales process. Storytelling, data-savviness, and the ability to collaborate with other sellers and team members are critical in this role. You will work with inbound leads and set up an outbound engine, craft compelling proposals, and weave the unique narrative of Ironpaper's methodologies to captivate prospects and guide them through the sales funnel. We're seeking candidates with a flair for writing to create sales content that converts.
