About the role

Ironpaper seeks an experienced digital marketer to develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, leveraging data and automation to optimize client performance. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, embraces technology and AI, and can drive results while thinking critically and strategically. Essential Skills: Proven experience (3+ years) in planning and executing inbound and digital marketing campaigns. Agency or similar experience preferred. Advanced skills in at least one platform: Google Ads/PPC or LinkedIn paid campaigns. If experience is limited to one, a commitment to learning the other within the first 2 months is required. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Pardot is preferred. Creation of automation, reports, and dashboards is a plus. Ability to conduct SEO audits and apply best practices to improve website performance, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies. Proficiency with AI tools to assist with campaign analysis, optimization, and deriving data-driven insights to improve performance. Conceptual thinker who can connect marketing efforts to broader business objectives and ensure campaigns support long-term growth. Must be able to work full-time remotely within the US (excluding California) from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
