Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ironclad Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using the Ironclad platform.
The consultant will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to automate and optimize contract workflows and integrations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Lead end-to-end Ironclad CLM implementations
- Gather business and legal requirements from stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in Ironclad workflow configuration
- Good understanding of legal contracting processes
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions across legal, procurement, and business teams.
- Collaborate with legal, business, and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document contract management requirements.
- Configure and customize Ironclad workflows, approval processes, templates, forms, and integrations to align with business and legal processes.
- Drive process improvements by streamlining contract creation, review, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, requirement alignment, and project delivery.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices related to CLM processes and legal contracting operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful testing, user adoption, training, and go-live support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
- Support change management activities and conduct user training sessions for legal and business users.
- Maintain project documentation, process flows, configuration details, and stakeholder communications throughout the implementation lifecycle
