Role Overview
The Business Application Support Analyst ensures seamless operation, configuration, and optimisation of critical business applications. The role spans L1–L2 support, functional troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain high‑quality performance across enterprise platforms. Analysts will work closely with business teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for any one of the enterprise applications such as Procore, Yardi, Jira, Anaplan, BiZZdesign, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Ironclad, Bluebeam, ClickUp, or Primavera.
- Manage user access provisioning, SSO, role assignments, and permission configurations.
- Troubleshoot application issues, workflow errors, integration problems, and complex business rules.
- Perform configuration changes, custom fields, workflow modifications, and minor enhancements.
- Support functional configurations for construction management, property management, financial planning, and enterprise architecture tools.
- Optimise Anaplan models, Yardi modules, Procore workflows, and Primavera scheduling setups.
- Conduct data validation, integrity checks, and support data migration activities.
- Document resolutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support runbooks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
- Train end‑users on application functionality, best practices, and new features.
- Participate in testing for patches, upgrades, and new releases.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalations, feature requests, and platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in business application support, SaaS operations, or functional consulting
- Hands‑on experience with multiple enterprise applications across construction, property management, planning, and architecture domains
- Understanding of construction/PM tools (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera)
- Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi) and contract management tools (Ironclad)
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and BPMN modelling (BiZZdesign)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS applications, workflows, and business rules
- Experience with data models, configuration design, and process optimisation
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to learn new applications quickly and independently
- Strong documentation and knowledge‑sharing abilities

Bonus Qualification
- Certifications in Procore, Yardi, Jira Administration, Anaplan Model Builder, or Primavera P6
- .Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and multi‑platform synchronisation
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, ticketing systems, and service desk operations
- Exposure to low‑code platforms, scripting (JavaScript/Python), and automation
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0, TOGAF, and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience conducting workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, or functional training
