We are currently looking for UX Designer for an International Company Requirements: Figma Interaction Design User Research Responsibilities: As an Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for defining the user interactions and behaviors of digital products that reflect the expectations of their intended users. You will employ human-centered design processes and conduct ethnographic research to identify user needs. Additionally, you will create systems and frameworks to organize information that helps users understand how products will operate. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Figma is required. Advanced proficiency in User Research and Interaction Design is recommended. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback on user interactions. Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and user flows. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
