About the role

Candidate should have 10+ years experience and strong background in IT governance, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Skills Required 1. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering 2. COBIT Framework and IT Governance 3. Business Process Modelling and Analysis using Visio 4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Process Improvement 5. Documentation and Training Delivery Responsibilities 1. Gather and document business requirements for the COBIT project 2. Work with IT and business leaders to implement governance and management processes 3. Analyze and improve existing business processes to align with COBIT principles 4. Support the design and implementation of business process improvements 5. Provide guidance and training on COBIT practices to project teams 6. Monitor project progress and ensure successful milestone delivery Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field 2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in COBIT implementation 3. Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL 4. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 5. Project management experience is a plus
