Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed in Minnesota to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 32 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.
Patient Population: Ages 18+ with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and SPMI
Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Minnesota. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!
