About the role
Design, develop, and maintain engaging and effective training materials on 'Ruby on Rails' and 'Vue.js', including presentations, documentation, hands-on exercises, and code examples.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and technology advancements.
Develop assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Assist the recruitment team in defining the technical requirements for Ruby on Rails and Vue.js roles.
Participate in the screening and interviewing process to assess the technical skills of potential candidates.
Help identify and evaluate potential Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Ruby on Rails technology
Contribute to the development and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) utilizing Ruby on Rails and Vue.js to demonstrate technical feasibility and value to clients.
Provide technical expertise and support during client discussions and presentations, as needed.
