Iresh Consultants seeks to conduct the internship placement process on-campus at BITSoM for the Batch of 2025–27, engaging directly with your talented students for live consulting projects and internship opportunities. JD for Internship: • Support deal sourcing activities for consulting and investment banking clients, including identifying acquisition and investment opportunities, analyzing deal rationales, and preparing indicative pitch decks. • Perform scoping, execution, and delivery of company and market analysis, including annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc updates. • Work across consulting work streams such as commercial diligence, operations, valuation, digital strategy, risk and regulatory aspects, macroeconomic and geopolitical impacts, and deal implications. • Draw insights from company business and operating models across industries and themes. • Build detailed financial models for private and public companies using DCF, Relative Valuation, DDM, and SOTP techniques. • Conduct financial benchmarking and peer analysis of key financial and valuation ratios. • Perform market research, prepare client presentations, and develop investment memorandums. • Present recommendations and findings to internal teams, clients, and venture capital partners.
