The mission: Build NOMA's LP base and keep every investor fully informed throughout each project. No LP should ever have to chase us - you ensure they never need to. Your capital raising directly activates your own incentives - the more you raise and the better projects perform, the more you earn through management fee share and carry. The base is modest. The upside is real.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
→ Build LP pipeline — Dubai NRI network, India family offices, HNIs above ₹2 Cr ticket
→ Run LP meetings independently — founder attends key closes only
→ Onboard LPs — KYC, subscription docs, capital call coordination
→ Monthly LP updates and quarterly reports — proactive, never reactive
→ Manage co-investment rights — track and follow up before lapse
→ Generate warm referrals from existing LP network
→ Maintain LP attribution register across all projects
→ Weekly pipeline report to founder — deals, meetings, status
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✓ 4+ years private bank, wealth management, or family office
✓ Has HNI relationships activatable immediately — not starting from zero
✓ Can explain IRR, waterfall, and preferred return without support
✓ Dubai or strong NRI network — significant advantage
✓ Excellent written communication — LP reports reflect our professionalism
✓ Wants carry upside — not just a fixed salary
