What You'll Work On Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and audio/video synthesis. Prototype solutions using emerging AI technologies to solve real-world business problems. Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for more accurate and contextual outputs. Use prompt engineering to fine-tune LLM behavior for varied tasks and domains. Design and implement scalable AI-driven tools tailored to team needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate, iterate, and improve solutions. Deploy models using Azure and other cloud platforms through robust, scalable pipelines. Evaluate and benchmark AI/ML services across Azure, AWS, and GCP for cost, performance, and scalability. What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative, curious mindset. Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Self-driven learner with a passion for innovation and emerging AI frameworks. Proven ability to work independently and deliver meaningful results. Excellent communication skills to clearly present technical ideas and demos.
