Role Overview:The Founder's Office at iQuanta will work directly with the founding team to drive critical projects and support strategic initiatives, providing a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the company’s growth. This dynamic role will include overseeing cross-functional projects, contributing to strategic decision-making, and supporting the founders in daily operations to meet iQuanta’s ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the founders to execute high-priority initiatives aligned with iQuanta’s growth objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide data-backed recommendations for expanding iQuanta’s reach, especially for new verticals.Assist in defining KPIs and implementing tracking mechanisms to measure progress against revenue goals.Coordinate with teams across departments to ensure effective execution of initiatives and timely delivery of project milestones.Lead and organize team brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for revenue growth, working towards targets such as the December and January revenue goals.Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings with investors, partners, and stakeholders.Identify and implement improvements to internal processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.Support founder on ad hoc projects, adapting to changing priorities and business needs as they arise. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or in a high-growth startup environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, and able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
