Data Analyst

As the Data Analyst, you will play a vital role within the iQmetrix Revenue Operations team, empowering data-driven decision-making and fueling sustainable growth for the company. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to support teams across the organization in achieving revenue targets and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, you may be required to assist with larger organizational reporting initiatives as needed. This role may be a great fit for you if you have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, draw insights from data, and recommend data-backed solutions! What You'll Be Doing: Analyze key revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, expansion) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders. Ensure data integrity by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems. Identify and implement process improvements to address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Support organizational reporting initiatives, providing data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Read and write API data and building reports in Power BI and Salesforce.
