Tech Team Lead

We are looking for a highly capable Tech Team Lead with proven leadership in management and strong technical expertise in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing technology team, ensuring delivery of scalable solutions and driving innovation through collaboration across departments. RESPONSIBILITY Lead, mentor and inspire a team of developers to achieve technical excellence. Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and Design. Architect and design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and maintain coding standards. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and strategies. Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement relevant innovations. REQUIREMENT Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading tech teams. Strong expertise in Backend technologies such as PHP, Python or Node.js. Proficiency in Frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
